Stefanie Fiftal founded Black Barn Interiors in 2022, combining style and practicality to make our most lived-in spaces as functional as they are beautiful. 

With parents embedded in the New York art world, Steff grew up surrounded by creative people who represented unique talents and differing points of view. Pushed beyond her comfort zone most of her life, Steff’s passion now lies in making others as comfortable as possible -- from reimagining spaces to better suit a client’s lifestyle, or offering peace-of-mind in knowing a home project is properly handled. Her undeniable niche for understanding people allows her to translate a client’s needs and vision into surroundings that better tell their story.

Whether it’s an airy urban loft, a family-focused new build, or an antique farmhouse on eleven acres, each space achieves its own unique balance of artful living and laid-back sensibility. 

When Steff’s not busy with Black Barn she can be found treasure hunting, painting, chasing her two rascals, tending to the Fiftal homestead and bunnies, or drinking something fancy with her husband on the back porch.
